Join us for Learning Cafe, an exciting new program at the Temple designed to nourish both the mind and the soul. Whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding of Judaism or simply eager to engage in thoughtful conversation, this program is for you.

What to Expect
Bring your lunch and dive into a rich tapestry of Jewish learning and discussion. Under the guidance of Rabbi Meir and occasional guest teachers, we’ll explore a wide range of topics related to Judaism and Jewish life. Each session promises engaging dialogue and new insights. After the session, feel free to stay and schmooze with fellow participants, building community and connection.

Truth and Lies in Jewish Tradition
Together we will explore the teachings of Torah, Talmud, and Jewish ethics on honesty, deception, and the pursuit of peace. Through classic texts and contemporary commentaries, we’ll examine when truth is absolute and when compassion allows for flexibility. Join us in uncovering the wisdom of Jewish tradition in navigating truth with integrity and kindness.
