Friday Night Live with Heartland Sings and BBQ

02 Aug @ 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Our spirited Friday Night Live service moves outdoors at the Temple on August 2 at 6:30 p.m., led by Rabbi Meir with Heartland Sings on their mobile stage. Tap your toes, get on your feet, and share the joy of Shabbat with this lively worship experience. (Please note that the service will not be livestreamed.)

Join us prior to services at 5 p.m. for a barbeque hosted by the ROMEOs, with Hebrew National hot dogs, veggie burgers, coleslaw, vegetarian baked beans, and chips. After the service, we’ll gather around the CAV fire pit for s’mores, popsicles, and ice cream.

Kindly RSVP for dinner no later than Friday, July 26 online or to (260) 744-4245 or office@templecav.org. Donations to help cover costs are appreciated.

Please bring your own folding/camping chairs and or blankets/sheets to sit on and long-handled sticks or forks to roast marshmallows. Bug spray is recommended.

Thank you to Denny Reynolds for coordinating and the ROMEOs for hosting the meal. Thank you also to the Dr. Harry W. Salon Foundation for its support.
