Ready to follow along in Hebrew during Shabbat services? Want to finally feel confident pronouncing the prayers? Adult Beginning Hebrew is your doorway into the beauty and rhythm of our sacred language.
Join instructor Barbara Silverman for a 12-session introduction to reading Hebrew, beginning on Monday, January 5. Together, we’ll explore the aleph-bet, learn to decode Hebrew words, and practice the blessings and prayers that form the heart of Jewish worship — all in a supportive, encouraging environment. This course assumes no prior Hebrew experience and is perfect for Introduction to Judaism alumni and other adults!

- $216 for Temple members and conversion students (with Rabbi Meir’s approval)
