A new weekly Hebrew Liturgy Study group led by John Planer begins on Monday, January 4 at 7 p.m. via Zoom. 

John says: "We will be studying the Hebrew texts — both Orthodox and Reform — of the daily and Shabbat liturgies. Our levels of Hebrew vary greatly, so we will start at a fairly basic level and move from there. Our task is into understand the meanings and grammar of the texts we recite and to note significant variants. But in addition to a study group, I hope we would also become a chevra — a fellowship."
