During this year, we're exploring the seven species of plants in Israel: barley, wheat, grapes, olives, figs, dates, and pomegranates. We started with an overview and tasting of the seven species, followed by a trip to Dulcius Vineyards before the grape harvest. Next up: Olives and an olive oil tasting in January.
