Our Minyan Katan service
designed for children in kindergarten through 5th grade will celebrate Yom Kippur on Saturday, September 30 at 9:30 a.m.
Children and their parents are invited to a brief service led by Rabbi Lenny. Parents will then be able to attend the main service at 10 a.m. in the Sanctuary, while we have programming until noon for children, including crafts, story time, snacks and music led by our Religious School staff.
Traffic Advisory on Yom Kippur Morning:
Please leave plenty of time when you come to the Temple on Saturday morning, September 30 due to the Fort4Fitness. Old Mill Road will be closed by the Rifkin Campus, along with many other streets. Find special instructions for a traffic pass for Saturday morning. Check the map of street closings in the area.
Passes will be mailed to Temple members. We will have extra traffic passes available at the Temple on Rosh Hashanah and Erev Yom Kippur if you did not receive one. Guests may pick up a pass at worship services or contact the Temple office in advance of the holiday at (260) 744-4245. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
Babysitting is available for younger children on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur morning beginning at 9:45 a.m. during services at no charge. Reservations are required to the Temple office at (260) 744-4245 no later than Wednesday, September 13 for Rosh Hashanah and Friday, September 22 for Yom Kippur. Children are always welcome to attend holiday services with their families in the Sanctuary.
